We work with flexible contracts from month to month, with no further commitment. If the need for space disappears, you are not subject to any permanence.
We offer, within the monthly payments of the client, an insurance included in the price, without any surcharge (500 €/m2 with a limit of 3000 €). In addition, we offer the client who needs it, all the facilities to increase the value of the coverage at the best price.
Unlike other centres in the sector, our accesses are secure through our own APP, both in the centre and in your private storage room. This access is personal through our APP, so that only you and your authorised persons can access.
To give you greater peace of mind, we have equipped our centres with alarm systems and video surveillance cameras (CCTV) that cover every metre of our facilities.
Self storage is the modern version of the traditional furniture repository. It is born out of the need for space by individuals or companies that need to gain space in their homes/companies at a reasonable price.
The centres are composed of common areas (corridors and toilets) and private areas for the customer called storage rooms or boxes. In these areas, only the client has access to the private and independent areas by means of a personalised access.
Our spaces are secure and monitored, both by an alarm system and CCTV, unlike a storage room in a private property.

From the day of the request, we will have the contract for you to use your storage room.
Access to the storage room is exclusive to the client from the moment it is contracted. The assignment of an access code to your storage room is personal and non-transferable, and you must inform CABE of the assignment of access.
The company, CABE, reserves the right to access the storage room in cases of force majeure, transfer of the storage room due to building work or blocking of access due to non-payment.
There is no problem to make a change of storage room to adapt to the customer’s needs, always depending on the availability in the same centre. To do so, you should consult directly with your centre by calling 900 923 924.
Yes, all CABE centres have a cleaning service to ensure that the communal facilities are in the best possible condition. The client’s private areas (storage rooms) are the responsibility of the client.
In order to hire your space we need a proof of identity (ID card/passport), a bank card where the rental fee can be charged and your contact details.
In the case of hiring by a company, the company’s details will be sufficient (VAT number, company details and payment card).
If payment by direct debit is permitted, we will need a document accrediting ownership of the bank account.

The customer will have to give at least 15 days’ notice to the company to leave the storage room.
The notice is only limiting for invoicing the client, and the client may leave the storage room at any time he/she considers, always within the maximum period of time contracted.
Yes, a deposit of one month must be paid at the time of hiring.
The deposit corresponds to the amount of one month of the contracted storage room.
The customer may leave the storage room at any time, within the maximum period of time that he has contracted.
Yes, the contents of the storage rooms are insured for a value of 500 €/m2.
The insurance conditions can be found in the customer’s personal area of the website.
The customer can access a copy of his contract in his private profile on the website.

Yes, you can arrange and organise your storage room in the way that is most convenient and useful for you. The only limitation in this respect is the prohibition of damaging the facilities.

Storage:
It is forbidden to store high-value goods such as jewellery, money, precious stones, securities, shares or bonds, art objects quoted on the art market, objects of incalculable value or other objects of similar value, among others, in the module.
It is absolutely forbidden to store any goods that may endanger the health or safety of persons or things, including but not limited to: Trade goods prohibited by the Laws and Regulations (stagnant goods, stolen goods or goods originating from any unlawful act against private property or which have been obtained unlawfully). Combustible or flammable materials or liquids, chemicals, gases, radioactive, explosive, dangerous, unhealthy, toxic or flammable products, as well as explosives, weapons and ammunition. Animals, whether dead or alive. Finally, it is also prohibited to store edible or perishable items or goods that by law require to be stored in conditions different from those of the module or modules.
Other uses: It is strictly forbidden to use the module or modules, whether on a permanent, occasional or one-off basis, for the following purposes, among others: As a home or residence. As a registered office or tax domicile for companies or as an address for notification purposes. In this respect, Cabe trasteros will refuse to receive any communication or correspondence that has not been contracted.
